Ricky asked if I needed any help while I was wondering the lot. I told him what I was looking for. We talked about the different options they had available and he let me drive each one. I eventually settled on an older vehicle that I had seen online. It was much cheaper than some of the other vehicles we had tested but he never pressured me to step up to a different vehicle. Despite having my own loan already approved, the finance department found a loan of equal terms with a significantly lower interest rate. I would definitely recommend the Lewis group in Hays to anyone looking for a vehicle because of my positive experience. I would also point them to Ricky because of his effort to find me the right vehicle and his patience throughout the process.
