Well, In he beginning everything was great, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. But later it all changed. We told them we wanted to use a specific lender and they still ran our credit through their database which as of now has put 14 hard credit inquiries on my credit report as well as my husband's. My bank gave us a pre approval amount and Lewis had to go down a little on the purchase price. So when we decided to purchase it they said they weren't going to certify it. But later changed their minds when I told them I didn't want it then. After that I asked if they would service Ac. And they refused. They had my husband sit for 4 hrs while they detailed it, and they never cleaned a thing. I had to go to another professional and have it detailed. Terrible service. Unprofessional and non compassionate! Will never return to this location. Thy only care about themselves.

This is the second experience with Lewis Dodge dealership second experience was as good as the first. Robert Martin was our sales person very knowledgeable on pickups in which we were looking for. Nobody was pushy very relaxed environment from start to finish. Would highly recommend everyone to check them out for your next car deal
