What great service. I should have written this review months ago. My wife and I had been in Quinter celebrating Christmas with our family the weekend of December 17 and 18, 2016. On our way back to Wichita our 2008 CTS Cadillac service light came on so we limped into Hays. Pulled into James Motor Company, as luck would have it there was an employee moving snow and cars around in the lot on Sunday. This gentleman took our car and parked it in their service garage. Fortunately Quinter is only about 50 miles away so my Mom and Dad drove to Hays, allowed us to drive one of their pickups home to Wichita. James had our car fixed the next day. My Dad has been driving Fords for the last several years now, longer than I care to admit being a GMC and GM person. My Dad is now considering buying a GMC after seeing the outstanding service James Motor extended to us. I can't say enough about the service we received from James Motor and I apologize for not writing this before now.
Great dealership with service department and body shop. Friendly staff that is always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
