I called for the first time the guy told me he would call me back never did . Call back again. He said he would help me and he would call me back in 15 minutes. Never did . So I put two and two together they didnot want to work with me they never give me a reason why. No letter no call back no nothing if you are look for a good customer service reliable car salesman this is not it.
First experience was wonderful so I returned and Just purchased my second car from Cameron as a returning buyer still the best coustmer service. Don't think I'll go anywhere else. Very reliable, very consider it, and very respectful. #livehappyatHAPPYSAUTO
Really want to know what my overall experience was????!!!! It was extreme rudeness!!!! First of I called them to make a apt to get my car fixed. Told them 3 times what needed to be done. I get there was greeted by the secretary that is always extremely rude in a sarcastic welcome. I told her whats wrong for the 4th time. As I'm telling her this she give me attitude and rolls her eyes at me. Than she goes to the mechanic and tells him. He throws a fit not once but twice, cusses, tells her that if I am in such a hurry that I can take my car and go which I wasn't I was respectfully waiting like any civil person would. Keep in mind that another customer is there as well and witnesses all this and tell me that she is sorry for their extreme rudeness, which is not her fault. So they end up taking my car to another mechanic cause they said my car is going to take up to much of their time. Ummmmmm.........really?????. As they are taking my car I asked for the 5th time did u guys tell the other mechanic what was wrong?? They said o just the one problem but not the other. I told them that I told the secretary multiple times. As I am saying this she is yelling at me saying it doesn't matter it's going to get fixed. Really????????????? I wasn't being rude, I wasn't being spiteful, I was being nice and civil and understanding. What's with the rudeness and the hatefulness??????? And the attitude!!!!!! Not going to get service or good rattings from people if your going to be nasty. The ONLY person that was nice and polite was Mel. So if you want friendly service do ALL your business threw him!!!!!!
