Over priced and finds things you didn't even intend for him to look at. $50 for an oil change and didn't even fix my tire. Said "Hate to force your hand but you need new tires." Didn't want to charge me $25 to fix a tire but never asked if I needed it fixed for the time being. Be aware he will use scare tactics on you. When you go to a mechanic you want to be taken care of not scared and frustrated. College students I wouldn't recommend Hays Car & Truck Alignment just because your pocket books aren't deep enough.
They managed to take care of my car in a timely manner and for an incredibly reasonable price. My car is running better than ever now, and they did some serious cleaning up that needed to get done and didn't give me the outlandish charges I would expect from places in my hometown.
Jim is one of the best and very honest. Fixes it right the first time.
They were kind and didn't make me feel like I was an idiot for knowing so little about cars. I highly recommend going to them whenever a car problem arises.
I have used Hays Car and Truck for years. I believe that you get what you pay for they are experienced mechanics and always do a great job! I have never been unhappy
Did not provide a computer print out for an alignment that is done to my car! never was able to resolve the issue that the mechanic claimed to have in my brand new tires. I went back to the company that installed my tires to troubleshoot that mechanic claim for 3 hours and concluded that the mechanic did not do the alignment correctly! I called back and talked to that mechanic but he showed no interest of solving the issue after getting paid! Never will use this company again!
