I had Davis Automotive tow my truck to their shop, they tried to charge me $400 to put a new starter in my car I ended up telling them I was going to have it towed else where for a better price. The owner completely upset not wanting to let me get my car back without paying somthing he basically told me I’d have to pay $95 for them finding out what was wrong with the car which I could’ve taken it basically anywhere and anyone could’ve told me for free. Basically 5 Star was very helpful and saw that I was being scammed, the man I talked to gave me a great discount and I can’t explain how helpful and great these guys are in words. If you’re going to have anyone tow you make it them! They will take care of you and make it fair priced. I’m so so so very grateful. God bless
Had a battery tested. They rinsed the posts with some solution to clean them for free. Will be back when it needs replaced!

I was traveling with my seven-month-old son from Wyoming to Oklahoma when I broke down just outside of Hays. Terry came to pick me up and took me to a hotel. He was very kind and helpful with the baby. Even though they were closed on Saturday he came to pick me up and took me all the way to Wichita. I can't say how kind he was and helpful with the situation I was in.
