Do not stay here. Last things first, the morning staff member, Bethany called me, the client, a liar! I will never stay here ever again. I have been a Gold member since 1999. I have never once called in to complain about an overnight stay. Then when I did call in I told them about the window that would not shut, the air conditioner that would not cool the room, the party that raged on from 2:30am to 4am, and the staff member that came into our room in the morning, they told me I never said anything! I am still waiting to hear from the General Manager regarding this but am totally insulted that this staff member's comment about me and was recultance to make things right. I am very unhappy with this establishment.
Just recently went on a long family vacation and out of all the motels we stayed at this was by far the best! AND the least expensive! Super sweet lady checked us in. Plenty of towels and wash rags... coffee etc, which was always an issue at every other place we stayed. Clean and just overall great! Definitely recommend staying here!
The hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Our room was showing its age.....wallpaper peeling at the corners, mainly in bath area and white paint on the toilet seat was worn off making it look dirty but was not dirty. The small refrigerator froze everything placed in it. The bed and pillows were WONDERFUL! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.
Nice hotel! Comfortable working space, comfortable bed, and nice amenities including charging ports, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and WiFi. I accessed the computer and printer in the lobby at no additional cost. I loved that I didn’t need to bring much with me on my short stay. For anything I forgot, the hotel had me covered! I also love that this hotel had flavored coffee creamer!
HOWEVER, after my last visit, I'm having to change my rating. I stayed here last month on the way to and from a trip to see my family. My bf and I went swimming, and I left my suit hanging over the shower to dry. Later, when he wanted to shower, I hung the two pieces up in the closet. It wasn't until I got back to Colorado the next day that I realized I had left it there.
I've stayed here several times over the last few years and always had a great experience; comfortable beds, friendly service, and a good breakfast selection.
*Updated 9/17: I never heard from the manager of this location or from any staff member regarding any of the issues I had that night.
I would still consider staying here on another trip.
Over the course of the last month I've called 3 times. Each time I spoke to someone different. Each of them told me they would leave a message for a different person (house keeping, management...) and then told me that they would call me back asap whether they found it or not. I haven't received a call back. I'm not mad about having to get a new swimsuit; it's just a material. But, I wish the customer service in this situation would have been a little better.
