The lady that was working in the store barely acknowledged us. Did not greet us when we entered and never even got up from behind her desk while we were looking at mattresses. I will NOT be purchasing a mattress from them. If this is how you're treated in the store, I can't imagine how you're treated if you have a problem with their products!
