The hours on the website are incorrect. The hours are already inconvenient, why have them posted incorrectly?
There is no local number & the national auto-prompt robot did not have my option. I finally got a hold of a person, but because he is based on the other side of the country he couldn't answer my question about the local store. Even the national UPS network doesn't have a number for the Hays store, they closest they can access info for is Salina. It's like the Hays store doesn't actually exist in their system. Very weird & pretty sketchy. Also, they have unusual hours.
This place is a study in incompetence, and not just because the customer service window is open for only an hour and a half during an inconvenient part of the evening. I went there yesterday and they couldn't find my package in their system. They told me to call their main number. The main number told me it was delayed in Kentucky. I told them to hold it at their facility in Hays. I came back the next day and they said that they delivered it. I told them I put a hold on it, but they told me they delivered it ten minutes after I put the hold on the package the night before. ...but I thought they said it was delayed in Kentucky? That made no sense whatsoever. "Oh well, mistakes happen," I said (mostly because they were standing their silently offering absolutely no solutions). I asked them for the address that they shipped it to, and left to get my package. Turns out it wasn't delivered there either. So I guess that they just lost my package. So I called customer service to see if they would help, and I was then transferred to three different people that couldn't speak English. I asked to be transferred to ups in Hays, but it must be against their company policy to be helpful in any way, because they said that they weren't allowed to transfer me to the local facility. Customer service told me that they would have done an investigation, but because the package was delivered, it was out of their hands and was now my problem. Thank goodness that the product manufacturer was as good at their customer service as Hays UPS is bad at theirs. The product manufacturer refunded my order and sent me a new package on the house, and to the proper address. Who wants to bet that UPS will arrive just after I leave my house, forcing me to wait until their hour and a half window? Fingers crossed.
Cant get an American on a local number when you call the 800 number. All you can get is some Jabberwockie in SE Asia that says,,,,I speek Engrish....and doesnt have a clue about what you are trying to find out.
Waiting on a delivery that should have been delivered yesterday, but they didn't and I've been waiting here for three hours todayfor him to show up and he still hasn't showed up the guy on the phone barely speaks English
