Very poor customer service. Asked simple question on using an item they sell. Twice I had to email the same question, and twice received bad info. Then when I called them, I was told by the VP that he gave me the right answer when I had the emails right in front of me. I will never buy anything from them and will advise anyone I can against doing business with Joe Bob. Good thing there are plenty of great companies like AIM Surplus and Primary Arms to take care and value their customers.
