I rented from them and I've enjoyed the experience. I paid $550 for a two bedroom/1 bath apartment, I was responsible for all utilities. Washer and dryer available and it was located behind the building that I was renting at. Heather was really nice and they let you know ahead of time if they were doing something like spraying for bugs in your apartment, etc...
