By far the worst medical treatment I've ever received. I literally paid a copayment at this walk-in clinic, just for a staff member to refer me to my primary care physician to seek treatment, where I can pay another copayment. Weird how the two clinics are related.
Thanks to the staff at HaysMed Convenient Care for the quick and professional treatment of my daughter's bronchitis. I'm glad to report that she is on the mend and feeling much better. We appreciate you seeing her so quickly even though we were visiting from out of town.
Every time I have come in here it has been a pleasant experience. The longest we've waited to be seen was about 30 min and the doctors are great with my kids.
