I came in a few weeks ago and got an estimate for my iPhone 6. Got it just 2 years ago and I broke the screen and the home button was broke . I was like okay I'll take it to the hays phone doctor to get fixed. Really good customer service. Just complaining about the price. Quoted me 170 dollars just to fix screen and home button. Told the guy I'm a college student and don't really wanna spend that much just for a screen. When I know places in Wichita can do it for 100. I ended up ordering a kit online for 36 dollars and did it myself in 30 minutes. Comes with everything and has worked fine past month. In the the end folks these repair centers get the parts for 15 20 bucks and charge you 170 just for a 30 minute job. There good but charge way over especially for being a college town. Good customer service but hours are not accurate. Went 2 days in row and were closed at 2:00. Well I got the information from you!
They work really fast and and really friendly. My phone was ready to go in under 2 hours! I am extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely go back if I ever need anything else! I highly recommend stopping in!
Ryan the guy I dealt with was great. Assured me that he would be able to fix my phone no Worries . My phone was a mess and he fixed it in an hour . I also was very impressed with the price. Couple weeks ago the tip of the charger broke off in charging port of my daughters IPad. I looked online for a solution because I figured I would get charged by a shop to fix it. After numerous failed attempts, I decided I'd have to bite the bullet and pay to get it fixed. I went into Phone Doctor an explained what happend. The tech grabed a very small pair of tweezers and had it out in under 10 seconds. I asked him what I owed him. He smiled and said "nothing". The next time I have an issue with a phone/tablet, I'll be sure not to waste hours of my time and just take it into the great people at Phone Doctor!
Ryan was the one who fixed my phone. It was completely shattered and pieces were falling out. When I got my phone back I didn’t even recognize it! Looked brand new. Only thing that was a little bad was the price. Around $100. I could have bought a new phone for that price but it looks good!
