This is one of the best GS stores I've ever been to. They're knowledgeable about current/upcoming games and are eager to help however they can. Very friendly. If you feel clueless about something, they won't make you feel like you're asking a dumb question. If you're a veteran, they'll be able to speak your lingo. Good selection and they can usually get you something pretty quick if they don't have it in stock. A++
The store looks nice and all but the staff are a bit of jerks. They don't like to be asked questions and make you feel stupid if you don't know something.
Employees and manager won't look and talk to me directly while my husband is with me. I ask a question and yet they still speak to my husband. RUDE!
