It took about 15 minutes for me to receive my order with one car in front of me, so course by the time I got my order, the fries were Arctic cold. On top of that, the guy at window looked at me as if I just asked him to help me move when I requested ketchup. Got four measly packages for my medium order of freezy fries.

Very fast drive-thru and your food is always hot and really good.

Edit: because they are close to the highway, I ended up back here for breakfast and so glad I did! Last night was awful but that bad experiences has been nearly negated due to this incredible and CHEAP breakfast. Wendy's breakfast game is strong and much better service from morning crew. Seasoned home fries!!!
We stop here every time we go through. I do not recommend the breakfast menu. Ordered what I thought was just "biscuits and gravy" and a breakfast bowl. Although friendly, what I ended up with was an upsale of a combo meal that I didn't want. The tea tasted old, the biscuits and gravy were paste covered in paste. No flavor. The breakfast bowl was smothered in liquid cheese, swimming in fact. Nacho breakfast in my opinion. Lunch, yes. Later in the day, yes. Breakfast, just say no. On a positive note, the reason we usually stop, is the baconator fries and salads have supported the brand and the restrooms are usually clean. Floors are always slippery. Tile and greasy mops are a mix made in liability heaven.
WOW! Let me preface this review with a disclaimer about how difficult I am to please. That being said, we stopped in to Wendy's on a whim not realizing they served breakfast and we are currently in a state of being blown away! Everything that we ordered was hot, fresh, and completely on point. Even the beverages were perfect! Wendy's in Hays Kansas...You have just set the bar by which all other rapid dining establishments will be measured in the realm of breakfast. Well played Wendy's, well played.
