Rented a van for a weekend, truck was clean, ran great, and was all ready for us when we got there. The guy at the rental office was very good and helpful. I will rent there again for sure!
We've been using this store for storage for several months and now moving. The proprietor, John, bends over backwards to accommodate our needs. He has met us many times off-hours after calling him. This is just about unheard of in this day and age. I wish more businesses were operated with this personal devotion to its customers.
John was extremely helpful ensuring our units were ready for our trip. He personally saw to every detail and was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment as well as the process. He turned a rather questionable experience from another location into our best uhaul experience yet! Thank you John for going above and beyond!
John took the time to do an emergency trailer replacement. He was kind, focused and knew what he was doing. He took care to make sure we understood how to hook up the trailer ourselves and he even opened up the hood of our truck to fix some other issues. He made a hassle fee much less like a burden.
