Friendly service. Took my driving test there and had a positive experience.
I went there to get my drivers license transferred from Connecticut to Kansas, she gave me the paperwork and she started to tell me some information I have never heard before. Anyways, I ignored her. Got my paperwork to collect my documents and I saw she marked Non US citizen, wow, just by looking at me she declared me an illegal alien. I'm a US MARINES Veteran, born US citizen and she had the nerve to do that. I hope she gets put in her place if I ever decide to go to this racist state office.
Called in for info pertaining to upgrading to a class A from a B, fella on the phone was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I'm originally from NJ and laws vary greatly from state to state, hence my calling, but the website doesn't get into any specifics and I needed to know what the fees were with the upgrade, exams, permits, etc
Spoke to a lady about downgrading my class b cdl from interstate to intrastate and was spoken to in a rude manor as if I was a complete idiot to willingly put a restriction on my licence. I don't drive a truck daily nor do I have any interest in ever driving a truck out of state. I simply haul dirt and rock with a dump truck for family and have no interest in carrying a medical card. No reason to insult someone for asking a question.
Very unhappy about my experience. The employees are the most rude and uptight people you will ever meet. I dread going there every time I need any assistance with licensing. Very disappointing for a number of years.
