Was a patient at Dr. Knoll's clinic since my first son was 6mo. old. He is now almost 6 and we have a 4 year old also. She decided to grow and added a PA who I went to see for convenience of not having to wait. A ultrasound was scheduled for a lump on his spine and I had to call for 2 weeks only to find out the PA had went on vacation and they wouldn't release the results to me. I was obviously very upset at the situation and called to express my frustration. The "scheduler" told me I would have to wait till she got back, I expressed that was unacceptable and that I would call the hospital for the results. she did all but hang up on me. I went to the FB page and left my complaint on the page, to which they promptly removed and the HR department called me. He expressed he was sorry, and that he had Dr. Knoll look at the results (I was told she wouldn't do that since she didn't order them). And that everything was fine. I told him that I was going to switch doctors, and he said he hoped I would change my mind.
If I could rate this at less then one star I would. The way that Dr. Knoll has pushed off her patients that started her career has been extremely disappointing. After building the new space she has become a very different person. When calling for an appointment, it feels like we are getting pushed off to the nurse practitioner because we are an inconveinence to her. Nothing good is ever said now about her or her clinic and the staff that she has. Delayed returned phone calls, no answers to questions when asked, coming in for things and not even getting a test done. I feel like the "viral" term is thrown around loosely because they don't want to take the extra time it takes to do the testing and then Dr. Knoll exam the results. So sad how down hill, and down hill quickly her practice has become. I would not recommend going to this clinic for any kind of treatment because it's sad to say, you won't be treated.
I have gone to Dr. Knoll for a few years and I appreciate that she was always really quick to get me in and there was little wait time. She has always been very kind and personable, I recommend her all the time.
I called last week and asked for a physical exam and was told I was no longer a patient. The HR department called again and stated that because of my opinion on FB they thought It was best to discontinue our "relationship". So I'm leaving my opinion on here where they will be unable to remove it!
Today I went in for a Disability exam. The nurse was very nice to me and so was the doctor. Even though I am not in much pain today, she understood and was compassionate about what I was explaining to her about my back, heel spurs, and carpal tunnel when I am in pain. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and that is all that matters. It's nice to be treated like a human one in a while. Thank you so much.
