Great experience. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. My family and I walked in and was set up with a vechicle to meet our needs with out a reservation.
When we went to pick-up the next rental they again had no cars but they upgraded us to a small SUV for the same price. When customer service called I once again complained about not getting the car I reserved. I was given excuses and told that if I wanted a certain size car I should call them the day before and tell them. Isn't that their job? This time they told me that they would upgrade me to a full size car on my next rental. Really? They didn't get it right the first 2 times so why would I try again? I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone!

Nightmare from beginning to end. Charged me extra. Got all of my paper work wrong. Very big on pushing extra insurance. Bad attitude. I had to worry about the car the whole two weeks I was gone.
I reserved a full sized car and all they had when I arrived was a compact. I asked if we could be upgraded to a SUV for the same price and was told no. When customer service called I was given a partial refund and promised that I would get a full size car on my next rental which was a week later.
The service was very helpful fix their car in a timely manner got us back on the road within a few minutes
I reserved my rental online and they were super fast and reliable when I came in to pick up. I had my 2 bills prepared if you're paying with a debit card. Credit card preferred if you have one and makes the process easy and fast. They do close on Saturday and Sunday which is a bummer but understandable. Anyways, always Happy with the service. Thank you!
