I went in for a test run for my hair for my wedding. The receiptionist didn't greet me when I walked in and had no idea what I was there for until I spelled it out to her. Then they told me I wasn't getting my makeup done, when I had called and told them I wanted hair AND makeup trials they said ok thats fine! The sylist didn't talk to me at all while doing my hair, instead she said there was NO WAY I could get the look I wanted with my hair being so fine. So I just asked how she thinks she could get it. So she put it up in the sloppiest updo/curls I've seen in my life. My fiance could have done better!!! I told her that I wanted it to stay up at least to see how long it would wear for, she says ok, and proceeds to take it down! Horrid horrid horrid! DO NOT GO THERE! I went to hairware sometime later and the women there did EXACTLY what I wanted and how I wanted it, and didn't belittle me for my style choices. BEWARE of salon diva
